This website, abdullahisactive.com, is operated by Abdullah Al Akhzar, an individual providing web development services, based in Khanewal, Pakistan (“I”, “me”, “my”). 1. Information I collect

• Information you give me. When you use the contact form or book a call, I collect your name, email address, and anything you write in your message (for example your budget, platform, or project details).
• Payment information. If you pay for a service, the payment is processed by a third-party provider (such as an invoicing platform or Gumroad). I receive confirmation of payment and your billing name and email, but I do not receive or store your full card details.
• Usage data. Like most websites, basic technical data (browser type, device, pages visited, referring page) may be collected through privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

2. How I use your information

• to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• to prepare proposals, deliver services, and provide support;
• to process payments and issue receipts;
• to keep records required for tax and accounting;
• to improve the website.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

3. Who I share it with

I share information only with service providers that help me run the business, and only as needed: a payment processor (to take payment), an email provider (to correspond with you), a hosting provider (to run the site), and an analytics provider. Each processes your data on my behalf. I may also disclose information if required by law.

4. How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to a paid project (contracts, invoices, correspondence) are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and tax obligations, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You can ask me to show you what personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@abdullahisactive.com and I will respond within 30 days. If you are in a region with specific data-privacy laws (such as the EU/UK or California), those rights apply to you and I will honour them.

6. Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies needed for it to function, plus, if enabled, a privacy-respecting analytics cookie. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. I take reasonable measures to protect the information I hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
