Service Delivery Policy

Effective date: 29 August 2026

All services sold on abdullahisactive.com are digital professional services. Nothing physical is shipped; there are no shipping charges. This policy explains how work is delivered.

1. What you receive

Depending on the service, delivery includes some or all of: a deployed website or application on your hosting, source code via a Git repository or file transfer, custom plugins or integrations, configuration and admin access, and a short handover document. The exact deliverables are listed in your project proposal.

2. Delivery method

Deliverables are provided electronically — deployment to your server, repository access, or secure file and credential transfer to the email address on your account. No account is required to receive delivery beyond a working email address.

3. Timelines

Each proposal states an estimated timeline. As a guide:

  • Small tasks, fixes, single plugins — 2 to 7 business days
  • Standard websites and stores — 2 to 5 weeks
  • Larger custom applications or marketplaces — 5 to 12 weeks

Timelines start when the deposit is received and all required content and access are provided, and assume feedback within 3 business days at each review point. Delays in feedback, content, or milestone payment extend the timeline accordingly.

4. What “delivered” means

A milestone or project is delivered when the agreed deliverables are deployed or transferred to you and a delivery notice is sent to your email. You have 5 business days to review and report issues; if no issues are reported, the milestone is treated as accepted.

5. Revisions

Each proposal includes a set number of revision rounds within the agreed scope. Revisions are completed within the original timeline where possible. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

6. Post-delivery support

Every project includes a free bug-fix window (typically 14–30 days, stated in the proposal) covering defects in the work I delivered. It does not cover new features, third-party service changes, or content edits. Ongoing maintenance is available as a separate plan.

7. Your responsibilities

Timely feedback, required content and brand assets, and necessary access (hosting, domain registrar, third-party accounts). Milestone payments are due before the next milestone begins.

8. Failed or delayed delivery

If I cannot deliver on the agreed timeline for reasons within my control, I will tell you as early as possible with a revised date. If I cannot deliver at all, the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
